Hayward’s Dog Spa & Boutique is owned by Sarah, who first trained with the IMDT to become a certified dog trainer before achieving her OCN Level 3 Dog Grooming qualification in 2022. Her twin sister, Emma, is the proud owner and founder of Hayward Hounds.

After an 18-year career in the emergency services, Sarah decided it was time to follow her lifelong passion for working with animals. As a devoted dog lover, the move felt completely natural. She’s enthusiastic about promoting animal welfare and loves helping owners understand the many health and wellbeing benefits that regular grooming brings.

Dogs have always been a huge part of Sarah’s life. She spent ten wonderful years with her beautiful White German Shepherd, Skye, who remains a cherished part of her story. She also had Indi, her fun-loving and slightly crazy Labradoodle–Collie cross, who filled their year together with endless joy and energy.

Sarah is married and has two young children who, just like their mum and aunty, adore animals and are always excited to be involved in the family’s dog-filled world.

Jazz has been a passionate dog groomer since 2019 and brings a brilliant mix of skill, creativity, and flair to every groom she does. She regularly competes in grooming competitions, where her precision and artistry really shine.

When she’s not in the salon, Jazz is usually off on an adventure. She loves climbing, abseiling, hitting the gym, and has a wonderfully quirky obsession with bats — yes, actual bats — which only adds to her charm.

Her favourite dog breed is the elegant Greyhound (or the tiny-but-mighty Italian Greyhound), and her absolute favourite breed to groom is the iconic breed standard Poodle, where she gets to show off her technical skill and creativity.

Jazz’s energy, talent, and love for dogs make her an unforgettable part of the team.

Emma is the owner and founder of Haywards Hounds who provide dog walking services in Teddington, Sunbury, Hampton, Twickenham, Kingston and surrounding areas. Emma also obtained her OCN level 3 qualification in dog grooming and trained with th IMDT to become a dog trainer. Emma is married and has a 14 year old son who you may see on a weekend hanging out at Hayward's! He's like the dog whisperer. Dogs absolutely love him!

Emma also has two doggies of her own. A gorgeous lab called Jess and a naughty Frenchie called Dottie! 

Chloe has been grooming since 2023 and has quickly become known for her enthusiasm, attention to detail, and love of learning new grooming techniques. She’s always excited to expand her skills and enjoys bringing a touch of creativity to every groom she completes.

Artsy by nature, Chloe thrives on anything creative — from drawing and painting to exploring new ideas and styles. When she’s not in the salon, you’ll often find her planning her next adventure, as travelling is one of her passions. And of course, she has a soft spot for owls!

Her favourite dog breed is the Boxer, but her absolute favourite breed to groom is the Schnauzer — a perfect match, considering the family dog is a Schnauzer too.

Chloe’s creativity, curiosity, and warm personality make her a fantastic part of the team.
